Printer Troubleshooting - Display panel indicating a paper jam

The display panel will indicate a paper jam at a specified location (with an orange/amber light) at the source of the paper jam. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the paper jam and check the display panel to see if the problem has been corrected and resume printer or scanning functions. If the problem persists, please submit an incident ticket to the TBR Service Desk.
