Printer Troubleshooting - No server connection on the display panel. Unplug the printer from the wall outlet for 30 seconds and then plug the power cord back in. This is referred to as a power cycle or hard reboot. After the copier powers back on check the display panel to see if the panel is now indicating connecting. Once these steps are performed the display panel should indicate ‘connected.” Scan your key fob in order to resume/begin your printing or scanning functions.
